There are more unreliable incompetents then dependable people that care about the quality of their work. Its unbelievable how many employers are simple looking for somebody to show up on time and with a good attitude. I cant tell you how many times I have heard this. For every promising worker, an employer probably had to suffer through about a dozen dead beats that didn't show up after their second day because they decided to drink heavily on a Monday night. People do not have a work ethic anymore. Everyone is so fucking entitled and all believe that they deserve to be rich and famous. Nobody wants to put any effort it at all, they just want things handed to them. The boomers are unironically right.
