You got nogs here in America that are willingly ignorant about everything, they don't even try to mimic Space Marines or build helicopters that don't actually work, even though some of them might have the capacity to do so. In Africa however, you see them try and fail miserably, but it looks like they had a good time doing it and that's what's really important.
