i used to read a ton back in middle school and early high school. then mid-late high school i stopped and though it was stupid. couple years after high school, in third year uni, i picked it back up, and i have to say it's pretty enjoyable. when i'm just tired of games and watching shows/anime, i get a book i bought and spend some time reading to relax my eyes a little from the screens.
