this is nothing but figs, sesame, chicken, lemon juice, peppers and spices and pan heated hummus with spices
why does it taste better than anything local restaurants have to offer
how the fuck am I not a chef already

go to a lebanese restaraunt, although they probably will give you the canned stuff, it will still taste great.
dont recommend making your own either seeing how alot of the shit needed to make it good arent in eu ( hell they arent even in my own country ).
nothing beats a falafel on one hand and shawarma on the other on a friday night.
oh and i never had israeli food.

the falafels I tried were always too salty and thus tasted like shit, I'd like to make my own soon
but jesus christ every second recipe demands tahini sauce and since I can't find it in store my multipractic goes through a lot by grinding storebought homemade roasted sesame seeds

again, do not make baba ghanoush fresh. get it off a restaraunt and or try the cans ( yes i said avoid them, but since you wanna go fancy i might as well tell you get it )
tahini is the base of alot of lebanese food, get it online if you cannot find it anywhere.
and also dont make falafel at home, its not worth it.
