I made it from scratch.
I boiled pork bones for the stock.
Then i put some hondashi and s o y sausce (and various other seasonings).
Then I baked the pork and just dropped it in. I had no green onions, so I just used chive.
The noodles were supposed to be udon, but it didnt look very udon to me idk
