And let's say you hate hololive because you're a corporation-hating communist. There's plenty of indie vtubers like Tamaki or Itou Life doing well. You mention hololive being a corporation as a reason to hate vtubers in general either because you're a horrendously misinformed commie (redundant, I know), or because you need any reason to write off vtubers as a whole (you're a bitter roastie). The only other thing that comes to mind is that you personally don't find it appealing and can't cope with the dissonance between your opinion and the opinions of many others without trying to tear it down, which is pretty pathetic.
Weebs, unlike the simps for twitch thots, have no delusions of actually attaining the favor of the vtuber, because the vtuber is literally a fictional construct created by an illustrator and brought to life by a live2d artist, and VA'd by a random japanese woman who must compete on entertainment value as opposed to focusing a webcam on her cleavage.
