everything gets boring for some reason. Some things are interesting for a minute others are interesting for a month but in the end i always get tired of it. Why am i retarded bros? everything feels kinda dull.

I work in petroleum engineering, and the field changes by the day, new techniques to make efficient rigs, etc. Same applies to fitness. It is ever changing. Find a hobby you can be excited about. Something that changes and evolves with time.

because it pays off in the long run, I dont like struggling with painting or drawing but I know that if I keep practicing I will get better and will enjoy it more and have a skill I am proud of so I deal with the frustration and boredom of struggling now

you just need initiative desu, simply doing something consistently despite you not liking it will build up self discipline, ie you dont like hard work but you do it anyways, then you will find it easier to see things out to an end despite you getting "bored" or discouraged
