It's not that +5 to +10 is particularly cold, even, but... even a rugged siberian man like me needs some getting used to it after the very recent warm days of early autumn. It's not so bad after you get used to it. Even the rare -40 is bearable, after you go outside enough times.
My workplace will also be cold pretty much until April now.
