>>11368843>>11368844The reason why this ideology of /pol/celism works so much with this category of people (young, not particularly excluded from society but not hyper-connected either, with no strong political education prior to the act) is because it offers them everything a young fanatical mind wants.
It gives them answers to everything. They see that the world is going to shit, and they see that they're not having the blessed and blissful childhood/early adulthood pop culture and parents told them they would have. The Jews/niggers/LGBT/trannies are to blame for this ; it gives them a reason why the world is failing them and why everything is so grim looking.
It also gives them a community where they share everything - more or less the same life experience, the same disillusion about life, probably the same video games and the same music... meme spouting is a good example of how it works, you say a line and everyone else responds in unison. You feel like you belong.
In order to keep this fanaticism alive, they built a self-reinforcing loop. Memes become mantras, it reminds them of the community they're in, words that started as inside jokes become powerful.
Anthropologically it's pretty close to the radical movements of the 1930's. Only a few people know the theory and commit themselves to organising and nourishing the radical movement. Everyone else is just here for answers and for the feeling of belonging. Main difference though is that the Internet blurs the lines and make it much more decentralised and "causal" than in the past. That's probably why the modern polcels are all about memes and funny "jokes".
