Guys, my girlfriend of 5 years just died in my arms due to a multi-orgasmic failure. I'm broken inside, for the first time in my life I'm having suicidal thoughts and a whole world of uncertainty is in front of me.

What can I do? I feel like it's time to make a 360º turn in my life but I'm not sure if I can do it or if I can even handle all the pain and suffering to make the change.
