Turk Roach proxy state feeling emboldened to annex land from Armenian's with all the crazy shit going on in the world which will cause Russia and Iran to BTFO them inevitable since it's sort of their ally. Also what else do the Atari's need? They've got a lake, natural gas and access to the Caspian Sea. They should stop being so greedy and try to peacefully redraw their borders to make sense. Also Nagorno-Karabakh is a neat meme state.
