I think the biggest mistake I kept doing while high in the past I time management
like once I would realise I'm just wasting my time I wouldn't attempt to just stop wasting it
likewise I'd try to resist the tempation to rest, it's quite nice to rest, sometimes you just need a weee bit of solitude to feel better
