do 20 pushups when you go to bed, and 20 when you get up. find time (at least an hour) to do simple bodyweight exercises (situps, plank, pushup variations, triceps dips, etc.)
as incentive to stay hydrated, take 5g of creatine every day after your workout. you'll need at least three liters to not get bloated. always make sure you have water within arms reach wherever you are. water = energy.
any addictions you have, quit it.
