Eight hours of feeding 60,000 lads a ton of grain, usually either on your own or with maximum one other person, 50% of which is waiting for the machines to pump grain, the rest walking the sheds picking up stray eggs and making sure the hens are alright. Everything else is odd-jobs, fixing the sheds or doing basic fabrication stuff, and you're home by lunch to do whatever you want with the rest of the day. Extremely relaxed and the pay's decent because nobody wants their kids to be a farmer.
