>>11440955take one pack of ground pork, add two whole (raw) eggs, add diced (paste is good too) onions, garlic, parsley, rosemary (sage is optional, chilli is not but I wasn't cookin), add some ground black peppa and salt
mix it as homogeniously as possible, add breadcrumbs until the loaf is just a bit dryer than it should be (salt will pull out moisture out of the meat and onions so the crumbs will in fact become soggy and soften), if you want (or can) add just a tiny bit of molten butter or sesame oil; worcestershire sauce or s-o-y-a sauce OR msg (google "E621 dog" to find out more about it's effects on possible canind or feline pets that may end up accidentally eating the loaf)
soft boil two eggs and immerse them in ice cold water, remove shells and entomb them with gound meat mixture until they are roughly in the middle
add in an oven heated to 200~250 degreees centigrade, once the slight brown colour immerses kn the loaf cover it with honey and then with cheese prone to melting (prefferably the expensive cheddar or perhaps hard mozzarella), sour cream sauce is good too
let it bake until the cheese or cream sauce crisp up in the heat and bull out
remove the loaf from the pool of grease and oils and fats and lett it rest for five to ten minutes so all the juices don't leak out
it can be cut in 3/5 inch slices or 1 inch slices and eaten alongside butter rice or viniggered salad
