I can tell you, there's a pyramid of what works the most:
1) Genetics
2) Roids
3) Exercise
4) Protein sources
You can't change number 1. For number 2 it's too risky if roids are illegal in your state but my cycle was 6 months of pill stuff (oxymetholone) and aromatase inhibitors, it will make you angry and stressed as fuck and you will eat like a pig.
Number 3 is too much stuff to talk about here, I do recommend watching youtube videos for complicated calisthenics and dumbbell moves. For number 4 you must change protein ingestion from 13% to 30-50% using high quality sources such ass boiled eggs and milk, for powder I recommend isolated protein from Amix, MyProtein and Scitec.
