For my fellow Christians of /pol/ why on Earth did Jesus curse the fig tree in the Bible? That never made sense to me. What is the purpose of him doing that or the lesson in that passage?
The tree is not a sentient being, so it's not as if it was purposefully spiting Jesus, so why did he act in anger towards the tree?
