I love women but I do find there's been a rise of victimization and groupthink that I have no respect for in the last 5 years or so that has affected even a couple of people from my friendgroups. Social media has been abused to create one big circle jerk of hatred and increasing societal insanity especially in regards to women not feeling respected and think they have it much worse than men or that gender is non-binary or whatever. Gender is a cultural phenomenon that has happened for a reason. Try to break it and some sort of gender-balance will reassert itself again elsewhere and the only thing you achieve by forcing it is that you opress some other part.
If women could just be more lax and realize that maybe in 10 or 20 years social norms would slowly change to be more respectful towards all groups of people instead of trying to impose that respect right now, I wouldn't be so torn.
Generally if I talk to a woman and she starts going on about social-justice-populism I just want to leave her right away. The more you talk about it the more you create a gap between men and women, and people just don't understand that. I believe the most aggressive progressives are looking for attention and dominance but just won't admit it because they're too immature and stubborn.
