losing weight can help unless you're already skinny. eating more potassium/magnesium can help reduce water retention
if you have a recessed maxilla mewing can help
and for anti-aging wear moisturizer + sunscreen every day, consider retinoids, eat more foods for collagen production like vitamin c, zinc, and copper
look into facial massages
all of the above can help to prevent them from worsening but likely won't do a lot to get rid of them. the only thing you can really do that would definitely smoothen them completely is get fillers
