>>11474593Do you tend to spontaneously fall asleep while on the internet? If not then I don't really see how that would be a problem.
>as well as not knowing whom to chooseYou don't have to choose a character, I never said that. You only have to imagine a woman. If you have a base for her, of course, it might help.
>the more I like a character, the harder it is for me to see them purely in that wayMy post was strictly about wet dreams, not much else happens in those, especially since I tend to wake up right after the deed is done.
Though in theory it may be possible to learn how to make yourself dream of certain scenarios, I am reluctant to try anything in that regard. I don't want to end up with a lucid dream (also in part because they are related to sleep paralysis).
>I did, however, make a new entry in my journal todayThe way I did it when I started was to set myself multiple alarms, wake up each time and note down whatever I dreamt of. That may be a way to artificially speed up the process, but I haven't tried doing it the regular way so I can't tell.
>dream girlI see what you did there...
>how close is she to the actual character?Quite playful I suppose, so close to the original in that one aspect, but like I said, not much else happens during wet dreams so I don't know what to tell you.
>you also said you weren't meaning for it to be her, so I'm curious how that happenedI guess my technique isn't all that sound after all, is it? Being fully conscious of what you are thinking of during those brief moments is very difficult so the envisioned picture may very well change on its own. Moreover, there may be an extra state between that and actual sleep which one might not be able to remember at all, so the alteration could have happened then. In any case, visualising her again and again (after showing up in my dreams for the first time) seems to have worked.
Not much is known about dreams so I can't tell you anything concrete, unfortunately.
