If you are really determined to get the screw out, you can stick a blob of superglue on a cheap screwdriver that fits as best as possible and hold it in place in the stripped head until it dries.

that means the thread is crossthreaded so the only way it will come out is if you pull on it with a pair of pliers or remove the screw head with a dremel/pliers
