But to answer your question, yes, they can be degenerate - but it depends on who has them. If you're getting a tattoo on your body for your dead cat or some song lyrics... you're a faggot. If you're simply getting pieces because you were in prison and wanted to climb rank, that can be different. It's different strokes for different folks. Most of the time, the tattoos you get cause people who you wouldn't want to talk to, to look the other way and give you the attention from others you want. However, it can also cause unwanted attention from people you don't want, too. It's a double edged sword... But yes, they can be very degenerate. It's your body, your choice. Oh, and also, I've got a ton of advances from women because of my tattoos and ever since I got my pieces done I've felt an overall rise in my confidence levels even though I'm already kind of a confident guy.
