You don’t have any fucking idea of what are you talking about, flash is more stable than any other shit like unity and more user-friendly because it’s easy to make frame by frame / interpolation/ bone rigging animation and also action script 3 which is even easier than javascript or python3. Most high profile devs started with flash and actionscript back in the late 90s.

Apple locks down safari because web technologies threaten its App Store model
It's the same reason they'll only ever support PWA if they have to
If you remember back before they had an App Store they encouraged everything to be built via the web
Everyone else wanted flash dead because it had a 0 day every few weeks
