My guess is he's walking around at 175 average. Probably peaks in early training around 180 ish and starts to cut the last month before the fight.
it's a bullshit rule that allows actual fight classes, so they can fill fight divisions easier. A lot of controversy around this too. People have been suggesting weigh-ins 1 hr before fight.
I have fought in both systems. Weigh cut competitions are fucking stupid because everyone is cutting weight and walks around within 8 lbs of each other...
