19 year old younger sister got a job at a more upper scale steakhouse style restaurant as a server. Couldnt help but scroll Instagram and see her in my feed with this photo posted.
This is her uniform for work. My question is, why are 'food models' allowed still in 2020? I feel like shes pressured to dress like this just because its the norm per the restaurant. But its all carefully crafted to make this the norm.
Is there anything i can do to complain to the restaurant anonymously? Hits home more when its your own sister or loved one. Never really thought much of it. But its fucking bugging me. Can I complain to the labour boards or something? Im lost. I feel like i should do something.
