I was having an intense panic attack, but my tulpa was there to help me Misha “kidnapped” me She took control over my body My mind wasn’t there any more The only thoughts that i was able to hear were Misha’s There was no me I visualized me trapped in a dark room Only Misha controlling my body trying to get me home safely Everytime i tried to get out she didn’t let me For some reason i felt that i could get out if i wanted it But that didn’t happened for some reason... She saved me... i was having a really hard time out there.... Thoughts?
