A check of 'Cicada' in the recent archives has a number of very compelling responses.

Interestingly enough, in a thread on 11 November, an anon chose me to post nearly 2 dozen graphics, which began with Rose Optics, going on to more, which could be considered 'Cicada' ones, although it was in the form of a Bee, transposed into the Fleur d'Lis, which went on to emerge at a Finial...whose root word, fyniall, is symbolic of

Much of what he posts points, once again, to Mergovian history, laid out in dot-connecting fashion.
Very compelling. One of the things he posted was Parrot being symbolic of Gatekeeper. The name of the whistleblower prior to the CCP Hunter ones is named Parrott, if I'm not mistaken.
