cpu is probably overkill for gayming and casual use but it's nice nonetheless to have futureproofing
you don't need a custom cpu fan, mommy amd has it covered, their coolers do a good job and aren't loud at all
switch the motherboard, X570 is a meme and the one you chose is shit, B450 is fine enough and there are some pretty swell models for cheap
nothing to be said about ram so long they're 2x8 and have a decent cas
storage is all up to you, you probably will not need nvme, go for mlc/tlc ssd unless you really need the lightning fast storage disk, and beware to not buy 5400rpm or low cache hdds
get a golden rating or higher psu please, the $5 from B to G is more than worth it
case is up to your personal tastes and your skills in cable management
