Vegan --> person that doesn't eat animal products.
Human --> animal.
Human breast milk --> animal product.
So human breast milk isn't TECHNICALLY vegan. HOWEVER I think you have to account for the larger context. FIRST OF ALL humans tend to see ourselves as distinct from (other) animals although we are of course technically animals, so you could argue that you should exclude humans from the "animal products" vegan definition. BUT more importantly, vegans see the human production of animal products as unnatural and exploitative EXCLUDING the production of animal products FROM humans except under extreme circumstances. That is, it's UNNATURAL to drink the milk of ANOTHER animal, i.e. for example a cow. AND it's (at least most likely) exploitative because you keep this cow in captivity (often under very cruel conditions) BUT this is not the case for the production of animal products FROM humans (at least in general)... So I think you could say that human breast milk is vegan under some circumstances. For example, human breast milk is vegan when a baby drinks it; babies have been evolutionarily adapted to drink breast milk, so it's the best food for them under this period of their life. IT'S NATURAL. HOWEVER human breast milk would not be vegan if say human females were kept in in a barn and milked for their human breast milk and this breast milk were then consumed by adult. This would be UNNATURAL and probably exploitative and thus not in the spirit of veganism.
tldr: human breast milk is sometimes vegan and sometimes not vegan.
