Mexican wage slave here. Im subcontracted by an american CCTV company, due to astma i've been working from Home since April 1st, work's shit, hell of repetitive, painfully long shifts but pay it's above average and i work half blind since My account has been failing for a year now yet my coordinator (who got demotted and it's now My supervisor) has done nothing for it, got my original sup who was pretty chill fired and even has constant arguments with IT to fix it (spoiler: they can't. Duh) been figthing with theeth and nails not to lose part of My wage every week of the past 10 to 11 months and belive me management on México makes it hard, they take about 12% off for misshanddling unless i prove it was My faulty account and not an actual mistake of mine, 10% off My paycheck if i'm under a ceirtain % of Quality on review and since january i've been bombarded with 5 to 17 of those a week, they're supposed to be around 4 yo 8 per month btw, another 10% goes away if i'm under the average on alarm processing and yet another 10% if My time processing it's below a ceirtain % wich can even be not My fault if that day is slow on alarms & i have to wait for them. Haven't had any of those in the last 3 months but once they had me with 35% since their loggin page failed and My time wasn't recorded properly
