These are fried Schnitzel. Also known as Wiener Schnitzel. The bittersweet crunchy krust and the mellow pork is simple but very tasty. It's food childen love as well everyone else. Usually it goes with french fried and some kind of salad. You'll often see a lemon slice on top. A bit of lemon juice will add to the taste and help digesting.
