compose yourself with this simple trick:
get a nice net of apricots or peaches.
eat them for a nice snack. keep the stone-seeds. dry them off and coarsely grind them with a blender, put a bunch of them in a sealable container and just barely hydrate them in water and seal them.
after an hour or so, open the container and smell.
Smells like summer.
