You see, horses have an alpha male hierarchy and if you break a horses spirit, he will bond with you. They are also very smart. Smarter than dogs, probably.
Zebras are not alpha male pack animals, they are more akin to cows, and you can't really break the spirit of a zebra, I mean, you can, but its pointless, its not gonna obey you. What it is gonna do, is panic and start running around and breaking things, and it will try to kick you and bite your face off. Also, remember when I said Zebras were akin to cows?
Its because like cows, and bisons, and things like that, Zebras stampede when they freak out. And EVERYTHING freaks them out. And them freaking out leads to them:
-Running randomly in any direction.
-Rolling on the floor to get whatever is on top of them off of them.
-Kicking and biting whatever is around, including other zebras, riders, and everything that is around them.
