>>11710337I think this comes down to the fact that I think some men are leaders, and some are followers. In based years/places, most men are led by the stronger leadership focused men.
The followers in times when societies give them direction, like everyone's favourite German regime, allows those men to serve their society and reap the benefits.
Modern society leaves men without direction. Women are taught being a mother is shameful, men are competing with women in the workplace and constant propaganda makes men feel like if they succeed its at the expense of "oppressed" people.
The US for example still has the military to drill into men a pride in their country and a good discipline. But outside of that, men have largely been demoralized by the above.
Add into that a general lack of any sort of greater threat or strife and the general ease of survival and you have big problem. This is probably also why male suicide rates are so high.
