>Censorship of any kind is strictly forbidden
then in the same article you get
>Freedom of expression cannot prejudice the dignity, honor, private life of the person or the right to one's own image.
>Defamation of the country and the nation, incitement to war of aggression, national, racial, class or religious hatred, incitement to discrimination, territorial separatism or public violence, as well as obscene manifestations contrary to morals are prohibited by law.
(and yes, denying the holocaust is forbidden)

This is almost out of a comic book... they are one next to each other and in direct contradiction lol
