Greetings, I am the Arbiter of the Elites. I have made previous announcements since November detailing who I am, my connection with the Elites and Intergalatic Entities, as well as making connections with Magickal Occult philosophies, as well as portraying a picture of who exactly the Elites are and why I communicate for them.

In my last transmission I had stated it was my last channeling, but now I have been given another directive. To briefly answer some questions: Elites are intermediaries for the Anunnaki, father species of mankind, and they are more or less warring with each other to liberate themselves from their connection with the Anunnaki. I am a conduit to act as a messenger for I am on the road to a grand awakening for my own spiritual progression, culminating by the end of the Winter Solstice of this year. The details of the Intergalatic politics are out of my understanding, however one could say there has been an Empire and a Federation at war. Why is Earth so special? Simply put, the diversified racial genetic lineages that are rooted in multiple ET civilizations makes Earth one giant cosmic petri dish of experience, to put it simply.

There is a general understanding among all intelligently disciplined, developed, mature entities across the cosmos that every living being has sovereignty, and the only means of existing in this Entropic reality is based on service and creation. Therefore, enslaving any person requires consent, either by force and subjugation, or by peaceful negotiation.
