if you relax all parts of the sphincter apart so no itch
basic chemistry
>>11752078>energywell it comes to portion size and hormone release
you're a tall guy at 185cm/(??kg) so by nature a tiny teacup wouldn't suffice, a mug might but a mug barely does it for me
you have history with alchohol so your liver metabolism is suboptimal, your adrenal glands must be working hard to keep up woth all that and added coffee can't really overclock them further
theres also the type of coffee, as instant coffee has least caffeine by mL, turkish/filtered has mid levels and esspresso has the most concetrated solution (but when consumed in tiny quantities it gives less caffeine overall)
not to mention sugar here doesn't play any role, as it only sticks in blood for a short period to feed the brain and muscles after which it turns into glicogen in liver and skeletal muscles; being released by glucagon whenever energy is needed, if sugar is lacking fatty acids will be used as ketone sources of energy and glicerol from them will be turned into glucose for the brain
also it depends if you drink coffee with milk or nah as proteins in milk drop out certain constituents in coffee which then don't get absorbed in small intestine
