just add some basic compounds at the start, when you're still fresh - for example squat, overhead press and pull-ups or deadlift, bench press and rows
then some isolation for smaller groups, abs, arms and such
and maybe a finisher like loaded carry, farmer's walk if you feel good on that day
whole body, frequent but short workouts are best if you're not using drugs
peri-workout nutrition is very important
look up programs I mentioned and choose one that you like
read guys like Dan John, Mark Rippetoe, Jim Wendler or Christian Thibaudeau - they know their stuff
