>>11763447so why don't you? here is a story. i used to be somewhat popular back when i lied through my teeth about everything. i grew up very poor but told people my dad was a psychiatrist and had fancy cars. it blew up in my face and along with a few other things i was ostracized for a bit, but one other guy that used to run with us lied about everything too. his lies were even more outrageous... being 16 years old racing down the utah bonneville salt flats. people eat it up, they just want to be talked to (if you are smooth about it).
so there it is, a fine line that makes people feel important, and if you can walk it without being a greaseball they will vote you into office, into their pants, or into their pocketbook
