Don't you need meat to survive? How can eating meat be bad when we're made of meat? Please explain anons!

Veganism isn't necessarily unhealthy if you do it correctly. The problem is doing it correctly. You're gonna be missing out on some vitamins and stuff you can only find in meat. I'm not 100% sure of this either but I think you're also missing out on a lot of testosterone, as naturally plants don't use hormones. But if you choose a proper diet and some suppliments for a few chemicals which you can't find in plants, you should be cool. Personally I'd stay with meat because my metabolism is way too fucking fast.
