Once the technology is out it won't be just Musk so I'm very certain you'll find an enclave you'll get along with.
It's a big planet, there won't be a single owner/ruler of the whole thing because we are a long ways from having enough surplus planets to warrant such a thing yet.
Plus you could always start a revolt.
