Racism Kills Your Life Gains

I've been thinking lately that racism is basically just a way of coping with your perceived inadequacies and can actually negatively impact your gains in the gym and outside of the gym. The actions of belittling and demeaning other men, whether that be because he's black or a manlet, accomplishes nothing except soothe one's self esteem and ego. Yet, nothing of inherent value has been achieved. Continue this behavior long enough and you start becoming too complacent, too satisfied with your now overinflated ego.

This pattern of thinking creates the illusion that because of your European ancestry, you are inherently more intelligent. You were born smarter than those around you. People who assume they're geniuses are less likely to seek knowledge. Those convinced they are ignorant and in the wrong, would be more motivated to seek knowledge.

If you convince yourself that because you are a white, European male, you are inherently stronger this can actually lead to less time spent in the gym where strength and gains are actually developed. Somebody who is convinced that he is a DYEL lanklet has more motivation to work hard in the gym.

Prove me wrong. Racism is just gigacope. It artifically boosts one's self esteem but the end result is an overinflated ego with no inherent value. Hence, racism will kill your life gains.
