Hello, I have a friend in Poland whose birthday is coming up and I would like to send him some wine along with some other goodies but he seems to be worried that the customs office won't deliver him the package if I include the wine. He says there are some fucky laws in regards to shipping alcohol. Can any polish anon elaborate on this?
