This is a tough situation because basically doing anything will lead to either one of you three suffering.

If you actively try to hinder your mom from getting a relationship with him it will be hard to hide and it might just lead to several worse outcomes for everyone. Your mother might distance herself from you because if she's a bad mother. Or maybe the new guy notices that you're trying to prevent him from getting married with her so he just rejects your mother because he feels like it wouldn't be worth being in a relationship with you around or something.

If you try to just distance yourself from your moms boyfriend, he may become an asshole towards you because he feels that you're one. Distancing yourself from him might also lead to him feeling unwelcome and leaving leading to your mother getting sad. The relationship might just keep on going as well but your mother may notice that you don't enjoy him and she will feel like she's done something wrong and she will become sad.

If you decide to hide the fact that you don't wan't to have him as your father, you will just suffer, You will feel worse in general. And if you feel really dissatisfied with him your mother may just find out how much you hate him and their relationship will degrade.

So in reality it's just your choice. I'd straight up say right now that you don't wanna associate with him and that they should stop. I feel like it's better doing it now than later and when you've said it like that she might just reconsider. Your call
