I behaved almost exactly like you are for years after some shit fucked my head up, hurting myself and shit because I thought it helped. Like you I eventually punched my wall but being a real house all it did was leave my wall with 3 knuckle marks and my hand with the 4th and 5th metacarpals folded under my palm. Guess what? It still didn't help. You know what did? Letting my closest friend and cousin assist with cleaning up the absolute mess I made of my house (incl. piss bottles), getting a job, not bullshitting anybody about how I felt and not being a fucking bum wasting my life vying for attention on 4chan
