No-go zones are a meme. Literally, a bad Fox News meme. When Fox News, I repeat, Fox News, initiated this thing back in the Paris Hebdo attack, they used this map. It's not entirely inaccurate, but it's wrong.
There are no zones in Paris in which Sharia Law is applicated. There are no zones in which cops won't go. This map, is a map of the bad areas of Paris. Which are actually far away from the inner city itself by the way. Cops go there, but they know they are at risk of getting their car burned or being hit by rocks. Cop death are not frequent. The law is overall respected. There are no riots every day or murders happening in the open.
There is an equivalent to these so-called "no-go zones" in America. It's called the Hood. Literally no difference, 'cept there are more guns in the Hood.
