Came to post this, happy to see it's fippy bippy. These are truly our national cheese. What's amazing is how they get them to naturally form into slices while other countries' cheeses still come in massive wheels that need to be sliced.

Tyrolean Mountain cheese

This Austrian hard cheese is made from raw cow's milk obtained exclusively from cows feeding on green fodder and hay. The milk must be free of any additives, which is what gives this Tyrolean cheese its distinctively intense natural flavor. Tiroler Bergkäse has a hard rind, while the paste is somewhat softer, ivory to light yellow in color and it has evenly distributed pea-sized eyes.

These things do exist here, being called "Scheibletten" (little slices). It is considered to be cheap shit food for trash people.

And again, it is not even real cheese. It is some weird-ass synthetic foam that is being cast/pured to get its shape.

Other than that Germany has tons of good cheese itself. The Netherlands, France, Italy right next to its door. Also the Scandinavian are not bad either it seems.

The cheese in that image is probably real cheese. Fake cheese is usually a bright yellow and melts alot easier, while that's darker and retained its shape more.
Good expensive hamburger places stay the hell away from fake cheese. They don't want that cheap shit ruining their good burgers.
