So basically it’s a puck of beryllium and other rare earth elements super chilled with a freezing agent like liquid oxygen or another variant(cost based on current earth atmosphere air quantities). When super chilled the elements seem to display abnormal magnetic properties compared to their inert room temp state, they float along with ease with a quantum locking quality.
