Why is this? Male ones get triggered fast and always want to fight. Female ones are "sassy" and give you attitude for no reason. Rude as fucking hell too.

Shut up. I never notice whites, hispanics, or asians doing this. I hate every human being so I have no actual bias/agenda against black people specifically. This is based on my own anecdotal experience.
