4K is Bad i don’t see much difference to full hd and my 3070 is on 50% on my two 4K Monitors without anything going on

One eye is 1,5 diopters and one 1,75 diopters but I wear my glasses like 50% of the time at home, still 4K isn’t much better than full hd and my 3070 is literally dying

I don’t know it feels weird to force a Monitore to a lower resolution than possible but the 3070 is really loud and it botheres me, maybe I should do that
